A new scandal has erupted in the volunteer community, with the “General Chereshnya” brand at its center. The brand is associated with Center for Research of Unmanned Systems LLC, and the Tviy Krok Charitable Foundation has publicly disclosed details of the controversy.
How company representatives tried to push drones on them at prices that would make even black-market resellers ashamed. And when the volunteers rejected the predatory offer, Ruslan (that is how the “manager” introduced himself) resorted to direct threats.
Checking General Chereshnya’s figures: Mykhailo Prasol signs, Yaroslav Hryshyn manages
In February 2026, the foundation’s hotline received a call from an alleged representative of “General Chereshnya” from the official number 0635428773. The caller, who introduced himself as Ruslan, offered as many as 100 “Anti-Shahed” BULLET drones (640 thermal imaging).
The foundation agreed to consider the terms, but when a commercial price offer from CEO Mykhailo Prasol arrived by email, the volunteers’ eyes, to put it mildly, widened. Prasol was asking UAH 110,000 per unit. For comparison: on the official website of “General Chereshnya”, the same drone costs UAH 58,000, while even on the “Flash Army” platform it can be purchased for UAH 85,000. In other words, the commercial offer from Yaroslav Hryshyn’s business partner (Prasol) contained a price increase of almost two times compared with the stated price! Does someone really want to make money off volunteers during the war? That is exactly what it looks like.
The foundation’s managers, Artem Pichurin and Serhii Alforov, quite reasonably decided that they were not puppets who would pay for thin air and simply ignored Mr. Prasol’s paper.

Phone terror from General Chereshnya: refused to buy — get inspections from the security services
A month passed, and in March the same Ruslan got in touch again. He was interested in one thing: why “Tviy Krok” had not taken the bait of the luxurious UAH 110,000 offer? After hearing a direct refusal, the polite manager of “Center for Research of Unmanned Systems” instantly changed from a salesman into a “security officer”.
Ruslan began openly blackmailing the foundation, hinting at total inspections and “problems with the security services” if they did not change their minds. This is no longer commerce — this is pure racketeering under the guise of military procurement. Scare tactics against volunteers? Seriously?

The foundation’s management knows about the situation, but for some reason decided not to run to the police — at least, they have not publicly come forward with a complaint. Either they do not believe in justice, or they do not want publicity. However, as Serhii Alforov notes, all conversations with the brazen Ruslan were recorded, and if law enforcement officers do want to hear how representatives of “General Chereshnya” “resolve issues” with foundations, the audio evidence is already ready. The question is: what are we waiting for? Until Ruslan and Mykhailo Prasol “sort out” another client through the SSU?
