Following media reports about Yaroslav Holovachov’s purchase of luxury real estate in Cyprus worth €4 million, online materials questioning the legality of the funds and the integrity of the deputy head of the Kyiv Court of Appeal reportedly began disappearing from public access.
As reported by Antikor, on the other hand, are publishing materials that are being erased from the public domain to preserve the facts and reveal the true scale of Judge Yaroslav Holovachov’s overseas assets.
Previously published information in the media regarding Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Yaroslav Holovachov’s purchase of a mansion worth 4 million euros in Larnaca, Cyprus, has been officially confirmed.
According to information provided by the company Helios Real Estate Group, Yaroslav Holovachov indeed purchased a luxurious villa with a pool on the seashore of Larnaca. The deal was finalized in March 2015.
The house features a total of 10 rooms, 4 of which are bedrooms. The villa covers an area of 570 m² and the land plot is 1500 m². The house is situated by the sea, in a prestigious location in the Perivolia area, offering a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, just 10 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from downtown Larnaca. The property acquired by Holovachov is priced at 4,000,000 euros.
Additionally, Helios Real Estate Group reported that each buyer of elite real estate through their agency gains the right to obtain Cypriot citizenship for all family members. Therefore, the Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv Court of Appeal might become a citizen of Cyprus.
