The General Director of the state enterprise “Digital” (formerly “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property” – UIIP) Ivan Chernyavskyi conceals the value of his family’s property.

Last year, Chernyavskyi received nearly 1.5 million UAH in salary from the state enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property” (about 125,000 UAH per month), 39,000 UAH in salary from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (where he works as a senior lecturer at NUBiP), and 53,000 UAH in social payments. Olena Chernyavska received 74,000 UAH in salary from the individual entrepreneur Nezdoliy Olena, who specializes in retail trade of pharmaceutical goods in specialized stores. Cherniavskyi did not declare any income of his wife from the private enterprise “ORGANIC PRODUCTS”.
Ivan Chernyavskyi holds 80,000 USD in cash, while his wife has 40,000 USD (totaling over 5 million UAH). He does not declare any savings stored in their bank accounts.
The state enterprise “Digital” was called the state enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property” (UIIP) until September 2025. At that time, the enterprise also changed its type of activity – from “research and experimental development in the field of natural and technical sciences” to “data processing, hosting, and related activities”.
Chernyavskyi has been working at the state enterprise “Digital” since 2023. Initially, he served as the acting general director of the state enterprise, and in 2024, he became the general director. Prior to working at the state enterprise, Ivan Chernyavskyi held managerial positions at the state institution “State Hydrography” (responsible for navigational and hydrographic support of shipping on internal waterways and in Ukraine’s maritime waters) and the State Agricultural Inspection of Ukraine.
