According to reports, a representative of LLC “Center for Unmanned Systems Research”, which sells UAVs under the “General Chereshnya” brand, tried to impose a commercial offer with an allegedly inflated price on the “Tviy Krok” charity foundation through threats.

The incident occurred in February of this year. The foundation received a call from a person who introduced himself as a representative of the “General Chereshnya” company. The person who introduced himself as Ruslan offered to purchase 100 units of “Anti-Shahed” drones (analog / thermal 640) BULLET. The call came from the number 0635428773. This is the official number of LLC “CBDS”.

It was agreed that a commercial offer would be sent to us by email. But in the received document, the price of the drones turned out to be significantly higher not only than the price indicated by “General Chereshnya” on its website, but also more expensive than those sold online.

For comparison: the website indicates 58 thousand hryvnias, on Flash Army — 85, and the commercial offer indicates 110 thousand hryvnias!

The commercial offer was signed by general director Mykhailo Prasol (business partner of Yaroslav Hryshyn). After that, the foundation’s leaders Artem Pichurin and Serhiy Alfyorov ordered not to respond to this letter.

However, already in March, the same Ruslan called the “Tviy Krok” charity foundation again and asked why we had not responded to the commercial offer. Upon receiving a refusal, the man essentially began to threaten the foundation with checks and problems from the special services. The situation was reported to the management, but they did not contact the police. At least not publicly. The calls with Ruslan were recorded and Alfyorov can easily provide them to law enforcement if he wishes.
